Small Group Training
An increasingly popular and cost-effective alternative to 1:1 training, these sessions are just as challenging and results-driven. And you can enjoy the challenge of training with friends or family!
I’ve been working with Kathleen for 6 weeks and have already seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier.
