I’m Kathleen Stewart, Sport and Exercise Scientist, women’s fitness specialist and owner of this exciting venture based in my home town of Dumfries. We aim to help women improve their health, fitness and wellbeing through the provision of cutting-edge classes and programmes that are fun and effective. My specialist workouts are based on scientifically proven techniques and you won’t find them anywhere else in Dumfries.

Women’s running in Dumfries
Do you want to run but don’t know where to start or dread going out on your own? Our NEW Women’s Running Group is proving a big hit with female runners in Dumfries. We meet at 10.30am every Sunday in the Dock Park Car Park, Dumfries. Suitable for beginners as well as women with some running experience, we’ll be training for the Dumfries run4health 5k race in June and Gallovidian Dumfries 10k race in September. Women who want to run simply for health and fitness are welcome as race participation is optional. Sessions cost only £2.00.
Powerplate training in Dumfries
Our fab new Powerplate training package is now available and spaces are going fast. Ideal for women who are seriously short on time, the package includes an induction and scientifically designed personal 4 week training plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. You’ll train 3 times a week for approx 10 minutes per session, so lack of time is no longer an excuse! And you won’t be standing on the machine doing nothing for 10 minutes – your sessions will involve dynamic, targeted exercises. Plans available for fat loss and total body toning to get you in great shape for summer.
